Abnormal ECG finding — new or unexpected changes on a recent reading

New or worsening symptoms — shortness of breath, chest discomfort, palpitations, or unusual fatigue

Imaging result you don't understand — a radiology report written for physicians, not patients

Any cardiovascular or metabolic concern that can't wait 26+ days for a routine cardiology appointment

Not a substitute for emergency care

If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden numbness, or any symptom suggesting a heart attack or stroke — call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room. An urgent consult is not an emergency service.

This isn't a triage call or a portal message that gets answered three days later. It's a direct session with Dr. Chakravarty, who already knows your risk profile if you're a member and builds a complete clinical picture on the spot if you're not.

  • Same or next-day physician review with Dr. Chakravarty — in person preferred, also available by direct video or phone depending on the clinical situation

  • Interpretation of recent labs, ECGs, or imaging you bring to the consult

  • Clinical decision support and next-step guidance — what to do, in what order, and why

  • Written summary of consult findings sent to you following the session

  • Referral coordination if specialist evaluation is indicated

Cancellation window

Cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment to avoid the no-show fee.

No-show fee

$100 no-show fee applies to missed appointments without prior cancellation.

(Urgent visits require a card on file for non members. A $100 fee applies to no-shows, cancellations under 2 hours, or arrivals more than 20 minutes late. We are out of network for most insurance, except for certain services covered by Medicare, although out of network benefits may apply, depending on your insurance.
